Be the first to join us as we make our entrance to London! An uplifting 60 minute workout that is fun, friendly and accessible for all fitness levels. This is a dance, fitness class where the emphasis is on gaining a healthy high rather than getting the moves right. We want you to simultaneously sweat and smile as we build up a cheoreograped routine to a custom dnb mix.
This is the first of a set of three events. On April 2nd you can find us at Hoxton Square Bar and Kitchen 11am-12pm and on Tuesday 2nd May set your alarms for you 7-7.45am kick start to the month at The Book Club. Good things come to those who bounce!
