Event Details
We're headed to the bible belt's Deep South to kick off the mammoth Easter weekend, cramming in the last major blow-out before Jesus dies for our sins and all that…
Expect an unholy soundtrack of disco, pumping electro, some Motown classics and the old school hip hop and R&B that will have your ancestors turning in their graves...
Advance tickets: £4 early bird / £6 first release / MOTD
Lineup:
Étienne de Crécy (2 hr set)
The Church (Live performance)
Pastor Parcel
Reverend Milo Speedwagon
Sister Sister
Headlining this night of debauchery is Étienne de Crécy, known as one of the driving forces of French Touch and his trailblazing Super Discount albums. Always a pioneer when it comes to taking a new musical direction, Étienne bounced back on to our sound systems this year with a more funk-tinged sound on Super Discount 3 and we are HYPED to have come and party with us celebrating this new album.
We’ll also be welcoming back our favourite hillbilly sinners, in the form of comedy-musical-festival troupe The Church, who absolutely tore Queen of Hoxton apart in 2014 with their crude and rude, absinthe-fuelled performance (think Sister Act on speed!). Expect blasphemous mayhem that will have you on your knees praying for more...
