January doesn't need to be a dry and boring month! Come out of your post-Xmas slump by joining marvellous mixologist, Lottie The Cocktail Gardener, at this workshop where you’ll learn to blend and garnish cocktails, the wild outdoors way!
Winter may seem slim pickings for fresh, forageable ingredients but a lot of the fun can be found gorging on the liqueurs and syrups made from the Autumn's hedgerow bounty. Seasonal beauties like blood orange and rhubarb will excite the taste buds while kumquats can be married with cinnamon and winter savory (a herb). The beauty about foraging is using what's available on the day, so expect the unexpected!
Guests will enjoy one of Lottie’s unique cocktail creations on arrival before learning how to blend these floral flavours with spirits like gin, mezcal and brandy before adding the finishing touches with garnishes to delight the tastebuds. You will also get the chance to experiment with foams and rapid infusion techniques to give your cocktails the extra WOW-factor.
Places are extremely limited so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment!
